Accountable2You offers plans designed for a variety of needs, from personal and family accountability to ministry and business use. This guide walks you through the available options and helps you choose the plan that best fits your needs.

Personal Plan

The Personal plan is ideal for individuals or couples where one person's devices will be monitored. (For cases where both partners' devices will be monitored, we recommend the Family plan.)

Key Features:

• All your devices: Use the app on a variety of device types. (Listed here.)
• Up to 6 installs: Put the app on your phone, tablet, laptop, and more.
• Unlimited partners: Add as many partners as you like.
• Pick partners by device: Choose who gets reports for each device.
• Fast alerts: Your partners are alerted automatically when concerning activity is detected.

Family Plan

Our Family plan is designed for couples and parents who want to monitor all devices in their household.

Key Features:

• Everything in the Personal plan: Unlimited partners, alerts, and more.
• Monitoring for the whole family: Covers you, your spouse, and your kids.
• Up to 20 installs: Plenty for most homes.
• Parent and child accounts: Two parent (admin) accounts and as many child accounts as you need.
• Time Limit Alerts: See when devices are used outside of a specified timeframe to help build healthy habits.
• Auto partnering: Parents are linked to each other and to every device on the account.

Ministry Plan

The Ministry plan is for churches, ministries, and mission groups. It lets you offer Accountable2You to the people you serve.

Key Features:

• Several price levels: Pick a package based on how many credits you need.
• Room to grow: Buy more credits any time your ministry grows.
• Easy setup: Members sign up through a custom link. You just approve or decline each request.
• Two account types: Members can choose a Personal or Family account.

Organization Plan

The Organization plan is for businesses and groups that want to monitor organization-owned devices. Only admins or partners you choose can see the reports.

Key Features:

• Your own branding: Use your logo and sign-up link (subdomain).
• Custom messages: Customize the welcome emails and welcome pages your members see.
• Simple pricing: Pay a base price plus a fee for each active install. There's no limit on installs.
• Personal accounts only: Each member gets a Personal account.
• Easy to manage: Sort members using subgroups, moderators, notes, and tags.
• Admin reports: Admins see member activity on the Reports page. Members see only their own activity.
• Custom Trigger Words: Admins can customize alerts for each member.
