Accountable2You’s plans are designed thoughtfully with a different person or group in mind. You can review the current prices and features of these plans on our Pricing page, but this guide will help you decide on the best plan for your specific needs.

Personal Plan

The Personal Plan is designed for individuals who want to maintain transparency across their own technology. This plan is ideal for single adults looking for accountability across all their personal devices.

Key Features:

• Accountability on all your devices: Maintain transparency across your entire digital footprint.
• Up to 6 active installs: Install the software on your phone, tablet, laptop, and other personal devices.
• Unlimited partners: Add as many accountability partners as you need to support your goals.
• Set partners per device: Customize which partners receive reports for specific devices.
• Instant alerts: Your partners are notified immediately when objectionable content is detected.

Family Plan

Our Family plan is designed for parents who are looking to monitor all of the devices in their household, or for couples who want to monitor each other's devices.

Key Features:

• All Personal plan features included: Enjoy everything offered in the Personal plan, including unlimited partners and instant alerts.
• Accountability for the whole family: Designed to provide coverage for you, your spouse, and your children.
• Up to 20 active installs: Sufficient capacity to cover all the devices in a standard household.
• Parent & child accounts: Features two administrative (parent) profiles and unlimited child profiles.
• Time monitoring alerts: Keep track of when devices are being used to help manage healthy habits.
• Automatic partnering: Parents are automatic partners for each other, along with being automatically set as accountability partners for all devices on the account.

Advocate & Mentor Group Plans

These plans are specifically designed for churches, small groups, or counseling services looking to provide accountability accounts to their members at a discounted rate.

Key Features for Both Plans:

• Custom Branding: Use your own logo and create a custom subdomain.
• Custom Communications: Customize email messages and landing/welcome pages for your members.
• Flexible Payment Options: The group administrator can choose to cover the total cost for all members or require members to pay for their own individual accounts.
• Base Subscription: Both plans require a base rate paid by the administrator to maintain the group.

Structural Differences:

• Advocate (churches or small groups):
  • Members can be invited as Personal or Family accounts.
  • Member accounts are self-managed; administrators cannot see activity unless a member manually invites them to be a partner.
• Mentor (counseling services or mentoring groups):
  • Adds members as Personal accounts only.
  • Includes central account management (accounts can be viewed by the administrator or individually by members), sub-groups, moderators, and admin notes/tags.
  • Activity can be viewed by the administrator on the Reports page.

Organization Plan

The Organization plan is built for businesses, ministry teams, mission boards, or any organization that wants to monitor the activity on devices used within their organization.

Key Features:

• Custom Branding: Use your own logo and create a custom subdomain.
• Custom Communications: Customize email messages and landing/welcome pages for your members.
• Subscription Pricing: Costs include a base subscription plus a per-device fee, ensuring you only pay for the specific number of devices you are currently using. There is no maximum install limit!
• The administrator pays for and manages the plan exclusively; added members won’t have the option to pay for their own accounts.
• Adds members as Personal accounts only.
• Includes central account management (accounts can be viewed by the administrator or individually by members), sub-groups, moderators, and admin notes/tags.
• Administrators can edit trigger words specifically per member.
• Administrators will automatically be able to see their members' activity from the Reports page in their account.
