This guide is for admins on group plans.
While a group plan can have multiple account administrators, only one account admin can be the billing manager.
This article explains how the billing manager can transfer their billing rights to another account admin.

What the billing manager can do
On group plans, the billing manager has access to the Billing, Billing History, and Manage Account pages (in addition to the regular permissions of an account admin).
The billing manager is the only person in the group who can take the following actions:
- View billing details for the group
- View billing history and download invoices
- Update the credit card used by the group
- Transfer the billing rights to another account admin
- Cancel the group subscription
Change the billing manager
The current billing manager will need to follow the steps below in their own profile.
If you aren't sure who the billing manager is, see Find the current billing manager.
- Log in to your A2U account here.
- From the navigation menu, select Account Settings.
- Select Billing.
- Scroll down to the Transfer Billing header.
- In the dropdown, select the account admin that will be the new billing manager.
- Click the Transfer Billing button.
If the new billing admin isn't showing up as an option, this means that they are not an account administrator. You must first make them an account admin before their name will appear as an option in the Transfer Billing dropdown.
FAQ
I'm an account admin. Why don't I see the billing settings?
Our system is designed so that only one account admin can be the billing manager.
How can I find the current billing manager?
If you aren’t sure who the billing manager is, check with the other account administrators to identify which one has access to the Billing page.
Have that person log in and transfer billing rights to the new billing manager.
Can someone be a billing manager without also being an account admin?
No, the billing manager must also be an account admin. This means that the billing manager can view reports, manage subgroups, and manage users to the same extent as any other admin on the account.
