If you have purchased a new device to replace an older one, or have chosen to cancel your subscription, you will need to uninstall the Accountable2You app from the Mac device that you are no longer using.
If you are experiencing any issues with the app, please contact our support team who would be glad to assist.
Step 1: Locate and click the "AU" icon in your Mac's toolbar. Then select "Uninstall".
Step 2: Provide a reason for your accountability partners.
If your account is still active, your accountability partners will be informed that you have removed the application from your device. Help them understand the reason by indicating this in the space provided. When finished, click "Uninstall".
Step 3: Enter System Password.
You will be prompted to enter your system password to complete the uninstall. Please note that this is your computer system password, not your Accountable2You password.
Step 4: Acknowledge Uninstall.
You will know the uninstall is completed when your computer informs you.
Accountable2You has been removed from your device. Your accountability partners will receive an e-mail that looks similar to this:
