Uninstalling Accountable2You on Linux Devices

If you have purchased a new device to replace an older one, or have chosen to cancel your subscription, you will need to uninstall the Accountable2You app from the Linux device that you are no longer using.

If you are experiencing any issues with the app, please contact our support team who would be glad to assist.

Step 1: Locate and click the "AU" icon in your Linux toolbar. Then select "Uninstall".

Step 2: Provide a reason for your accountability partners.
If your account is still active, your accountability partners will be informed that you have removed the application from your device. Help them understand the reason by indicating this in the space provided. When finished, click "Uninstall".

Step 3: Enter Linux administrator password (if required).
Depending on your system settings, you may or may not encounter this screen.

That's it!
Accountable2You has been removed from your device. Your accountability partners will receive an e-mail that looks similar to this:

NOTE: This process does NOT cancel your Accountable2You account. Click here for instructions on cancelling your account.
