If you have purchased a new device to replace an older one, or have chosen to cancel your subscription, you will need to uninstall the Accountable2You app from the iOS device that you are no longer using.
If you are experiencing any issues with the app, please contact our support team who would be glad to assist.
Step 1: Open the Accountable2You app and scroll down to select the "Uninstall" button.
Step 2: Provide a reason for your accountability partners.
If your account is still active, your accountability partners will be informed that you have removed the application from your device. Help them understand the reason by indicating this in the space provided. When finished, click "Unregister".
You will receive a confirmation window that the app has been unregistered. If you only wanted to re-register using a different username, you may do so now. Otherwise you may return to your home screen.
Step 3: Delete the application from your phone.
Unregistering the app does not delete it from your phone. To do this, find the Accountable2You app on your screen, long-press it (press and hold for a few seconds) until the icons on your screen start "shaking". The press the "X" button in the top-left corner of the Accountable2You app.
That's it!
Please note that if you had the the Accountable2You VPN solution enabled, any certificates related to the VPN are also removed from your device when you uninstall the app.
Accountable2You has been removed from your device. Your accountability partners will receive an e-mail that looks similar to this:
