What to do when you receive an "Incompatible Device" message


The Accountable2You app uses the newest technology to get better results on activity reports. As a result, some devices that do not have all of the essential services may say they are "Incompatible" when you try to download the app from the Play Store. In this situation, you can use the version of our app provided below.

Please follow this simple 2-step process to install 
Step 1: Turn on Unknown Sources
- Go to Settings -> Security and turn on "Unknown Sources".
Step 2: Use the link below to download the file for your Android device. You will need to access the link below from the Android device directly.
