How do I cancel my account/subscription?

To cancel your account you'll want to log into your account and go to the billing page.

There, you will see 2 options for cancellation:

  • If you wish to use the remaining days that you've already paid for, select the "Cancel On..." button. This will tell your account to remain open until the date specified, at which time it will close automatically without renewing.
  • If you wish to cancel your account immediately, select the "Cancel IMMEDIATELY" button.

When you cancel, your account can still be accessed at a future date using your existing username and password, and you can re-activate the service for that same account.

If you do not plan to return, scroll down the billing page and select the "Delete Account" option. Please keep in mind that this is irreversible and you will need to signup for a new account if you return in the future.

For customers who are still on one of our old payment systems, the options above may not be available. In this case please contact our support team for assistance in cancelling your account.
