Step 1: Download Accountable2You
Download the Accountable2You zip file. Then once the file has downloaded click on it to unzip it. Once unzipped click on the accountable2you-1.79-1.rpm file to open the software.
Step 2: Press the Install button in the software Center.
Step 3: Enter your Linux password to complete installation.
Step 4: After the software has installed press the "Launch" button.
Next, if you do not yet have an Accountable2You account, click the "Signup" link to be directed to our website where you can register. If you have an account already, click "Login" to proceed.
Step 5: License Agreement.
Please take a moment to review the License Agreement for Accountable2You. When finished, please indicate that you agree by checking the box next to "I accept the terms", and click "Continue".
Step 6: Accountable2You's registration screen.
Use your Accountable2You account name, your Accountable2You password and then a name for this installation. This can be any descriptive name you choose. Then click "Add PC to Account".
Step 6b: Assign to a specific user (For Family Accounts Only).
If you have a family account and you have entered the managing user's username and password, the next screen will show all sub-users in your account. Click on the name of the user that you wish to register this computer to.
Step 7: After your software has been installed you can setup your accountability partners.
Step 8: Enter your accountability partner's email address.
We strongly suggest using the Daily email reports to start with.
You're all setup!
Accountable2You is now monitoring all programs and browsers on this device, so you may continue to use your device normally.
