There is a known issue where setting up a new device and restoring apps from an iCloud backup will cause a persistent popup requesting "VPN Authentication". Although the popup is asking for a password, there is no password to provide here. Apple does not properly transfer the necessary certificates for our VPN which can cause this persistent popup. When this happens an uninstall and re-install of the app is necessary.
If the pop-up is too frequent to successfully navigate through the steps above, consider locking the device, then press the home button once, slide the control panel up, and put the device into airplane mode. Then delete the Accountable2You app. Turn the airplane mode back off, return to the App Store, and re-download Accountable2You.
