Can I adjust the monitoring sensitivity for a specific usage scenario?
Yes! While we recommend the default level of monitoring for most users, you can adjust the sensitivity of the monitoring system as needed. This is adjusted individually for each device.
If there are particular keywords or phrases for which you'd like to receive an alert (or silence the alert), then we'd recommend reading our article about managing customer alerts here.

With this setting, recipients of the activity report can expect to see an increase in alerts, including some false-positives (e.g., non-objectionable content flagged as objectionable). If a specific word or phrase isn't creating an alert you'd like to receive, we'd recommend following the steps found here before increasing the Alert Rating Multiplier.
