Reset your password or recover your username

We get it—people lose track of passwords and forget stuff, and we’re right there with you!

No matter what type of A2U plan or account you currently have, you can easily retrieve your username and reset your password by following these steps:

Go to our Forgot Password page here.
On the Forgot Password page, enter the primary email address associated with your A2U account.
You'll receive an email within a few minutes that contains your username.
  • Note: Your A2U username is different than your email address, and cannot be changed once created.
Inside the same email, you'll also have a link to reset your password. Select that link to create a new password.

That’s it! Feel free to make a note of it somewhere, or save it in your password manager. And of course, you can always use this page again in the future.
