Uninstall Accountable2You for Windows

Uninstalling the app does not cancel your paid subscription. For instructions on suspending or canceling your subscription, please visit this article.

Find the
A2U icon (in your System Tray near the clock) and click it to open the menu.

- Select the "Uninstall" option at the bottom of the menu in the A2U app.

Provide a reason for your accountability partners.
If your account is still active, your accountability partners will be informed that you have removed the application from your device — help them understand the reason by indicating this in the space provided. When finished, click "Uninstall Now", and then "Yes" on the following confirmation.

Once you've confirmed that you wish to uninstall A2U, choose the following option on the screen below, and click OK. (Note that it may take a few minutes after this point, but it should take care of the rest by itself.)
That's it!
This device has been removed from your account, and Accountable2You will no longer monitor activity on this computer. As mentioned earlier, your accountability partners will receive an email notification similar to the example below once the uninstall process is complete.
