Cancel Your Subscription or Delete Your Account

Cancel your Accountable2You subscription
To cancel your subscription, follow the steps listed below. (Only the account owner can cancel the subscription.)
- Log in to your online A2U account here.
- Select your name (or profile photo) in the top-right corner of the page and choose Account Settings.
- Select Manage Account.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Choose your reason for canceling and then select, "No thanks, I still want to cancel my account."
- Choose whether to cancel immediately or at the end of your billing period, then select "Yes, Cancel My Subscription."
Delete your account
You'll also see an option to "delete your account completely". Please keep in mind that this option is permanent and will not allow you to reactivate or recover any information from your account.
If you've already canceled your subscription in the past, you can log in to your inactive account to delete it. In your account, select your profile photo, and then select Account Settings > Manage Account > Delete.
Cancel a subscription managed by Apple
Apple exclusively handles the billing details for subscriptions created through the Apple App Store. Please follow Apple’s instructions linked below to cancel your subscription:
