Cancel Your Subscription or Delete Your Account

Cancel your Accountable2You paid subscription

While we'd be sad to see you go, you're free to cancel your subscription at any time—we'll never hold your account hostage or make you talk with a high-pressure phone salesperson to suspend your service. 

Follow along with this step-by-step guide to cancel your account (Note: Only the account owner can cancel the subscription):

Log in to your online A2U account here.

Click your name (or profile icon) at the top of the page and choose Account Settings.

Select Manage Account.

Select Cancel Subscription.

Choose your reason for canceling and then select, "No thanks, I still want to cancel my account."

Choose whether to cancel immediately or at the end of your billing period, then select "Yes, Cancel My Subscription."

⚠️  You'll also see an option to "delete your account completely". Please keep in mind that this option is permanent and will not allow you to reactivate or recover any information from your account.

Cancel a subscription managed by Apple

We don't have a way to cancel subscriptions or issue refunds for purchases made through the iOS App Store. To cancel the subscription you created through the iOS monitoring app, please follow the instructions in the link below: 

Cancel a subscription managed by PayPal 

While PayPal is no longer offered as a valid payment option for new customers, we still have a small number of subscribers on grandfathered plans using PayPal. To cancel your subscription through PayPal, please follow the instructions in the link below: 


Permanently delete your A2U account

This is an option both for free partner accounts and for those who've already canceled their paid subscriptions. If you want to permanently delete your account, removing all of its settings and information, then follow the steps below. We only recommend this step if you don't intend to reactivate your account at a later time. 

⚠️  Please keep in mind that this is permanent. Once you complete this process, your account will be inaccessible, and you will not be able to reactivate or recover any information from this account.

Click your name (or profile icon) at the top of the page and choose Account Settings.

Select Delete Account. (Don’t see this option? Follow the instructions under "Cancel your Accountable2You paid subscription" above first, then try these steps again.)

Provide your reason for deleting your account and select, "Yes, Delete My Account."
