Cancel your Subscription or Delete your Account

Cancel your Accountable2You subscription

While we'd be sad to see you go, you're free to cancel your subscription at any time - we'll never hold your account hostage or make you talk to a high-pressure phone salesperson to suspend your service. 

Follow along with the step-by-step guide or the video instructions that are shown below to cancel your account. 

  1. Click here to sign in to your account. (Forgot your username or password? Click here to reset it.)
  2. Click your Profile icon in the top right corner and select Account Settings.
  3. Select Billing in the menu to the left side of the screen.
  4. Scroll down and click "Cancel Account".
  5. Choose your reason for canceling and then select, “No thanks, I still want to cancel my account.
  6. Select whether to cancel immediately or at the end of your billing period, then choose "Yes, Cancel My Account."
    You'll also see an option to "delete your account completely". Please keep in mind that this option is permanent and will not allow you to reactivate or recover any information from your account.

Cancel a subscription managed by Apple

Unfortunately, we do not have a way to cancel subscriptions or issues refunds for purchases made through the iOS App Store. To cancel the subscription you created through the iOS app, please follow the instructions in the link below: 

Cancel a subscription managed by PayPal 

While PayPal is longer offered as a valid payment option for new customers, we still have a small number of faithful subscribers using PayPal. To cancel your subscription through PayPal, please follow the instructions in the link below: 


Permanently delete your Accountable2You account

If you want to permanently delete your account, removing all its settings and information, follow the steps below. We only recommend this step if you don't intend to reactivate your account at a later time.  

⚠️  Please keep in mind that this is permanent. Once you complete this process, your account will be inaccessible, and you will not be able to reactivate or recover any information from this account.
  1. Click here to sign in to your account. (Forgot your username or password? Click here to reset it.)
  2. Click your Profile icon in the top right corner and select Account Settings.
  3. Select Billing in the menu to the left side of the screen.
  4. If you've already canceled your subscription, you'll see a red Delete Account button.
    (If not, follow the cancelation steps 4-6 above to cancel and then delete your account.)
  5. Click the red Delete Account button, then confirm this choice again in the following prompt by clicking the second Delete Account button.
