The Accountable2You beta program is a simple way for you to test-drive our latest updates and features before they’re publicly released and provide important feedback about your experience. Your feedback helps us identify and fix issues to release a more polished product for all of our customers.

Is the beta program right for you?

  • Test with confidence. If you’re new to the idea of a “beta” version, we highly recommend reading through the FAQ section to get a better idea of what’s involved.
  • No strings attached. You can leave the beta program and switch back to the public (or “production”) version of A2U at any time. More on this in the FAQs.

How to participate

Step 1. Enroll in the beta program

We have two separate beta programs - one for our monitoring app, and another for our Reports app.

  • For the monitoring app beta program, ENROLL HERE, and select “yes” for the platforms you’re interested in testing.
  • For the Reports app beta program, ENROLL HERE, and check the boxes for the platforms you’re interested in testing.

Step 2. Install the beta apps when they’re available

As soon as we have a new beta app available for the platforms you selected, we’ll send you an email with everything you need to know, including links to install the beta app and guidance to provide feedback.

Step 3. Share your feedback

We want to hear about your experience with our beta apps! Please send your feedback or questions to beta@accountable2you.com, and we’ll be sure to follow up with you.

If you experience any issues, please include as much detailed information as possible, including screenshots of any error messages or activity records you’d like us to review.

Beta Program FAQs

Will beta versions of A2U affect my monitoring or alerts?

We understand that our apps help provide peace of mind and guard against digital temptations in your personal life. With this in mind, we’re committed to rigorously testing the monitoring and alert features even before releasing new versions to the beta program.

However, there is a higher possibility that beta versions of A2U will have more bugs and inconsistencies than our stable public versions. The goal of the beta program is to help identify and resolve these issues before releasing the apps to the public.

We recommend discussing the potential for these issues with your accountability partners before installing our beta apps.

Can I beta test the monitoring app and the Reports app at the same time?

Yes! Simply fill out both enrollment forms at the top of this article to join both beta programs.

Do I need a paid subscription to test the beta apps?

Monitoring app: A paid subscription is required to test the monitoring app. If your subscription is canceled, you can log in and reactivate your account to continue using A2U.

Reports app: A paid subscription is not required for the Reports app - you’re welcome to log in to the Reports app with any account, including free partner accounts!

How do I change my beta program selections or leave the beta program?

You can change which devices you receive beta notifications for or opt out of beta notifications altogether at any time.

To update your preferences, select one of the “enroll” links, and select “no” for any platforms you wish to opt out of (or check the unenroll box for the Reports app form).

How do I switch from the beta app to the public version?

To stop testing a beta app and switch back to using our public version, simply uninstall the beta app and then walk through our installation guides to install the public version of A2U on your device.

Currently, our Reports app is only available in beta. We’re still polishing it for a public release in the future!
