Switch Plan Types

How to switch plans (Individual and Family Plans)
- Click here to log into your account.
- Forgot your username or password? Click here.
- Once logged in, click your name (or user profile icon) in the top right corner of the page.
- Click Account Settings.
- On that page, click Billing.
- Click the blue Change Subscription button.
- Select your new plan type.
- Select your desired billing period - monthly or annual. (You'll see a full breakdown of the cost of your new plan, prorated for the remaining time on your old plan.)
- Double-check all the changes in the Change Summary, then click the Confirm Changes button below.
Switching plans on annual billing
If your account is currently on annual billing, you can’t switch to monthly billing until the last month of your billing cycle.
Group and Organization plans
Group and Organization plans function separately from Individual and Family plans. Visit our Pricing page to find out more about these plans, or to sign up for a new Group or Organization plan.
