Switch between Individual and Family plans

Click here to log into your online A2U account.

Select your name (or user profile icon) in the top right corner of the page.

Choose Account Settings.

On that page, select the Billing tab.

Select the Change Subscription button.

Choose your new plan type and desired billing schedule — monthly or annual. (You'll see a full breakdown of the cost of your new plan, prorated for the remaining time on your old plan.)

Double-check all the changes in the Change Summary, then select the Confirm Changes button to finish.

Switching plans on annual billing

If your account is currently on annual billing, you can’t switch to monthly billing until the last month of your billing cycle.


Group and Organization plans

Group and Organization plans function separately from Individual and Family plans. Visit our Group Pricing page to find out more about these plans, or to sign up for a new Group or Organization plan.


Upgrade from a free Partner Account to a paid A2U plan

If you’re currently an A2U partner with a free account and you’d like to pursue accountability by having your own devices monitored, you’re in the right place! We’ve outlined this seamless process below:

Log into your online A2U account here.

Select your name (or user profile icon) in the top right corner of the page.

Click Account Settings.

On that page, click Upgrade to Paid Account.

Select your new plan type and your desired billing schedule - monthly or annual.

Enter your debit/credit card information and select Upgrade Account to finish.

Getting started with your premium plan

Once you upgrade your account, you’ll receive a free 10-day trial to test drive the full service! You can finish setting up the monitoring on your own devices with these steps:

  1. Install the A2U monitoring app on the devices you want to be monitored.
  2. Set up your own accountability partners to receive reports and alerts for your activity.
