Manage Your Billing and Payment Information

There are two pages in your Accountable2You account that provide important billing information:

  • The Billing page shows your subscription type and current payment method.
  • The Billing History page shows up to ten recent payments and their statuses.

Update your payment information

To update the credit or debit card for your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your A2U account here.
  2. Select your name (or profile photo) in the top-right corner of the page and choose Account Settings.
  3. Select Billing.
  4. Select Update Payment Information.
  5. Enter your card details (including CVC and zip code); then select Update Card.

If you reactivated your account with these steps, we recommend reinstalling the monitoring app on all of your devices to ensure continued monitoring.

  1. Uninstall the A2U app.
  2. Reinstall the A2U app.
