Manage a Group Member's Partners

This guide is for admins on Organization plans.

On other plan types, group members must add their own partners with the steps found here.

As a group administrator, you can manage a group member's partners and how much access those partners have to the group member's reports. This article explains how to adjust a group member’s partners from the Devices page.

FAQ

When I invite a partner, do they automatically receive reports and alerts?

You can invite the partner to have access to the group member’s device activity, but the partner will not receive reports or alerts until they take the steps below themselves:

  1. Accept the partner invitation.
  2. Set up a free partner account (if they don’t have one already).

Why aren’t my initials on the Devices page?

As an Organization admin, you already have access to all group members' devices and activity. However, while logged into your admin profile, you won’t see your initials on the Devices page.

Rest assured, you still have access to all of the device activity in the group—you can always edit your report and alert settings by following this guide.
