Daily, Weekly and Alerts-Only Email Reports

When a user sets up their accountability partner(s), they will select the frequency with which they want their partners to receive reports.

Daily email reports

Daily e-mail reports are sent every morning. They detail all activity that occurred the previous day, as well as highlight any questionable activity in the body of the e-mail. A link is presented in this e-mail which invites the recipient to view a detailed report of all activity on the Accountable2You website.

Weekly email reports

Weekly e-mail reports are sent every Sunday morning. They detail all activity that occurred the previous week (Sunday through Saturday), as well as highlight any questionable activity in the body of the e-mail. A link is presented in this e-mail which invites the recipient to view a detailed report of all activity on the Accountable2You website.=

Hourly email alerts

Hourly e-mail reports are sent every hour that questionable activity has been detected. These reports will detail the activity that has occurred. However, unlike daily and weekly e-mails, this type of alert does not grant full access to the user's activity. Instead, only activity that has been deemed questionable or highly questionable will be shown. Activity is broken down by each device (if more than one) and activities are displayed chronologically.
