Email Summary Reports

In addition to the report options available online, accountability partners can also choose to receive an overview of activity via email by signing up for daily or weekly Email Summary Reports.

Remember, a device user chooses the permissions for each of their devices and partners (what a partner is allowed to see). A partner then selects their own alert settings to decide how and when they’d like to receive device activity, within the bounds of those permissions they’ve been granted.


Daily Email Summary Reports

Daily Email Summary Reports are sent every morning. They provide an overview of all activity that occurred on each shared device the previous day, and also highlight any activity records that triggered alerts during that period. 

A link is presented in each email summary report which invites the recipient to view the Detailed Activity Report on the Accountable2You website for more details or context about the activity.


Weekly Email Summary Reports

Weekly Email Summary Reports are sent every Sunday morning. They provide an overview of all activity on each shared device that occurred during the previous week (Sunday through Saturday) and also highlight any activity records that triggered alerts during that period. 

A link is presented in each email summary report which invites the recipient to view the Detailed Activity Report on the Accountable2You website for more details or context about the activity.

Looking for Email Alerts?

Email Summary Reports and Email Alerts are two different notification options that partners can receive. Email Alerts are sent every hour that any questionable (yellow alert 🟡) or highly questionable (red alert 🔴) activity has been detected. You can learn more about these alerts here!
